Deb’s paddling Bio

Deb Pinniger has been kayaking for over twenty years and has spent the last eleven years guiding and competing throughout the world full time. Twice world freestyle champion, European and British Champion, she has also participated in dozens of wilderness and whitewater expeditions.

Deb takes great interest in continually increasing her knowledge and understanding of river safety and wilderness medicine. She is a level 4-kayak coach and a Wilderness EMT, and loves to pass on her knowledge and experience to others.

Southern French Alps guiding and instruction spring, summer 2007

Deb Pinniger is currently living in the Southern French Alps and will be offering a guiding service and white water instruction for passing paddlers this spring and summer 2007.
With Deb’s extensive knowledge of the Southern French Alps, you will be able to maximise your water time, by heading out on to the right river for you and with the best water conditions in the area.
Deb will also be offering single or half days of tuition, in whiter water technique, river running, freestyle and safety & rescue.
